"I called times this morning on a weekday at 9:am in the morning. Each call rang for minutes without ever even being answered and the call was dropped. The one time I was able to get customer service on the line I waited another 4 minutes on hold to talk to a manager and the call was dropped without ever reaching anyone. I am livid. It is ridiculous. The calls should be picked up right away and made a high priority. I finally was able to get through on the 5th attempt and was told to call another number with another suicidal intricate voicail system that keeps hanging up on me. It is unnecessary. How hard is it to get a competent person on the phone within a few rings?"
"I tried to return a defective product to a location in North Dallas that I've easily returned many times before and was turned away because it was a couple of weeks outside of the return policy. I've done a return multiple times outside of the return policy. Instead, I was offered to buy the product. Wrong!! If you're looking for a product to charge any electronic, I'd look elsewhere. The customer service I received via chat and at the store were less than I've ever experienced anywhere else. Be wise and shop elsewhere. North Dallas isn't the way."
