"Absolutely would recommend: well managed, attention to detail, great communication and clean work. Because they are a smaller company its very clear you are a valued customer from start to finish. My experience: Adam responded within a few hours of me reaching out for a quote. He answered quite a few questions on the phone and was able to set up a same day visit to give me an estimate. He was very thorough and straight forward without any sales pressure. He gave a fair price after explaining exactly how the installation would go for my house. They had immediate availability and stocked inventory so rhe install took place the following day. Again clear communication on arrival time etc. Brandon completed the install with some assistance from Adam. The work was done cleanly and exactly as described. Quick but thorough review after work was completed and cleaned up completely."

"Last year at this date (Feb 9, ) Tankless Industries LLC completed the installation of a gas-fired Rinnai combination unit to replace my old OIL summer-winter unit that was loud (very loud), costly and smelled like the oil it used to produce the hot water. They also installed a gas connection to our newly-purchased gas washer and dryer. Now we have one amazingly super-quiet system that supplies an endless amount of our domestic hot water as well as a providing hot water for our baseboard heating. The installation was beautiful (look at the photos), competed on time with a dedication to doing things the right way the first time. No cutting corners with this company. They REALLY know what they are doing and do it with precision. Today (Feb 9, ) they returned for a yearly unit maintenance of the system. Not only did they perform the requirements for the maintenance, but they went over their initial installation - all of the connections, pipe braces, etc. It's very rare that I would use the terms - COMPLETE CONFIDENCE and SATISFACTION in a company unless they have gained them from a very particular customer - me. I recommend this company to all those I know who are looking to do the same type of work that I had done. They have an incredible personality and degree of professionalism and amazing knowledge of their craft. They have earned an A+ from me. I expect that, if you hire them, your grade will be the same."

"I had installed a solar thermal hot water heater in and after years of service it was time to update. With a view toward environmentally friendly and economic solutions, I was leaning toward a tankless water heater. Adam was very prompt with a quote and asked many questions about my family’s needs and home configuration to help me decide whether tankless was an appropriate application for my situation. Adam and Brandon are personable, professional, efficient, and the results are impressive. Not only are they doing the conventional plumbing, they are called upon to wire and put in new circuits, they even decommissioned the tank side of my solar thermal system. The tank was taken to be recycled despite it being so heavy. It was quite a feat! Now I have a compact, wall- mounted tankless water heater that doesn’t take up floor space, hot water on demand. I am very pleased with the installation and would recommend Tankless Industries without hesitation."

"Probably the most seamless transaction I’ve ever had for a major home repair replacement. Called Adam on a Friday. He showed up Monday to look things over. Gave me a call, we went over all my options. Answered every question I had. Came back the next day and took my conventional gas hot water heater out and installed a new Rinnai. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Getting new water softener and filtration system from Tankless next. Very accommodating and responsive."

"Adam, the owner of Tankless Industries, came out to assess my leaking tankless water heater and we discussed options between repair and replacement. I had several other quotes (for both repair and replacement), and between them all, Tankless quoted the best price and the quickest turnaround time. Adam presented as very knowledgeable during our initial meeting and the type of owner that took pride in his business’s reputation, so we went with him. Ultimately we opted for replacement as my prior unit was years old and the cost to repair wasn’t worth the investment (I should note here that I’m fairly knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and plumbing equipment, so this wasn’t an upsell situation). Brandon was our installer and did a great job. Adam even came out to review the work at the end of the day to ensure it was up to his standards. On top of that, during the quote, Adam had noted that the vent pipe for my furnace was dripping condensate down the exterior wall, damaging my stucco. During the water heater install, Brandon threw a pvc elbow on the pipe when he was finishing up. Yea, only a $1 part, but a strong testament to Adam’s customer service and do-it-right attitude. I’d highly recommend using Tankless Industries."
