"Old school like nothing else. Tadich is unique. San Francisco has some great restaurants, but Tadich is #1. This is not a touristy place, rather you may see some famous San Franciscans here. But the booths are very private, so maybe you won't. Large portions of wonderful food is unheard of elsewhere, and served by attentive waiters that are right out of the same early 's as the muted art deco surroundings."

"Celebrated my husband’s birthday by having a wonderful dinner here., We ordered 2 drinks named Aviation 🍸 We loved it, ordered the Rockefeller oysters, it was so yummy and gooey with the perfect amount of cheese over it with a lovely purée spinach. For entrée I took the calamari steak , it was cooked with perfection and had great crust that came with 2 potato wedges and grilled vegetables,and my husband took cioppino accompanied with 2 garlic slices of bread. My husband was very impressed with the size of shrimps (small and big) There were clams mussels and crab meat in it too . For dessert we took a slice of the Belgian chocolate cake, so so sinful 🤤 We will be back again!!"
