This tbell is the best one around that I've ever had the experience of going to, they have only ever messed up an order a handful of times, and they have always made it right with me when I talk to them. I work in Deforest, I have tbell at least once a week, the staff is always friendly, the service is always fast, they are short staffed, like most places right now, but you guys are doing awesome! Right now you are temporarily closed and I'm very sad, I am tbell deprived, I hope you open back up soon. Everyone that works there deserves a bonus, keep up the great work :D

Was told no sour cream and no tomatoes after we placed our order. Probably should have led with that. Got our food minus the tomatoes and sour cream and the lettuce was frozen. It was terrible.

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to, but they are super short on workers so they now have very limited hours.

Needed a quick meal, thought I would try something new. Got the Steak Craving box which came with lots of food but flavor was lacking even after adding hot sauce, maybe just my taste buds late at night. They had self check out screens at counter to help move things along. The cashier was very nice and after being served at the table, another employee asked if we needed anything else. It was nice to get that kind of service for a Taco 🌮 Bell.

I didn't catch the name of the man working but he was very friendly and he and the rest of the crew got us our food super fast! We came in at about 10pm and there was a bit of a line but it moved quickly and the man at the window was handling it well. I think he deserves a raise!
