"Probably the poorest customer service I have dealt with in a long long time! Very rude personnel, no quote before work performed! Was blamed for misuse of equipment to no fault of my own and literally no consideration for the customer whatsoever! Beware of taking any equipment to this business. It takes a lot for me to post negative comments about a business but they pushed me to far by saying I was rude and basically flipped me off when I was leaving! Shopper beware."

"My New Troy built bronco riding mower was taken there for a simple deck..cable replacement..q.got new mower back with white paint dent on side.of mower and mower won't stay running now . suppose to just fix cable nothing else . Left my house running perfect came back not.running perfect with dent.."

"We are very disappointed with the service we've received with T&T. We took our mower (a New Zealand model which they convinced us to buy) in because the flap had come loose. They have had it for over a month now with NO communication to us. We have had to call them or go by to see what's going on. Supposedly the wrong parts were sent (or ordered?) - but, seriously, the most frustrating thing is the lack of ownership and communication about this. We've had to rent a mower twice. I'm very frustrated. We wanted to use a local person, but I'm thinking we'd be better off next time buying a nane brand from a chain store."
