"From the information on your response. I did not need 4 rings size I only brought in 3. 1 set and one engagement ring. This did not require building new heads just taking one off and putting it on the other and replacing it that way. I would be more thn happy to post pictures and my receipt of the work they did. So I am not sure how 2 rings became 4 to have resized when I only brought in 3 rings 2 engagement rings one band. There was obviously a bit of miscommunication. Went here to see about getting my ring sized and also change my 1ct diamond out of the setting and putting in my new 2ct diamond in the setting, and put the 1ct in another setting. They quoted me . went to my family Jewler in Balch Springs only about minutes away and it was . with tax. That is a huge difference. Check around before you send your jewelry off to the Jewler they work with."

"We came in here feeling a little anxious and defeated from previous jewelers trying to oversell us custom rings for the special engagement ring we were trying to match and left with the perfect forever ring. We were greeted immediately when we walked in by Dave and Shelia who listened with care and knew what we were looking for without trying to up sell us anything. This place doesn’t work on commission so there was no pressure to go outside our budget even though they have some great financing options.
