"Awesome customer service! I called and didn't leave a message, but I received a call back anyway. Sandy helped us buy our hot tub in and she has been helping us with supplies ever since. Very nice and helpful!"
"Not recommended! At some point you willlll need to replace the pump, will have a leak and will need a service-call. We have spent no less than , yes phone calls trying to set an appointment for repair. We have been told we will receive a call back, the tech is over booked but will call you and it has been a constant and frustrating run around for six months. We have spoke with Wanda- when she will come to the phone or call you back- to no avail. If Sweetwater is reading this they should be glad to hear that we gave up trying to contact them... Other repair company's we contacted state they have a clause which states they will not work on Sweetwater hot-tubs. I do not recommend purchasing here, the people are nice but the service on the back end is a nightmare. I suffer from back problems- and I have a hot tub I can not use."
"Great experience, although my Hot Tub was delayed due to manufacturing issues, it was will worth the wait .... loving my HT. Wanda was helpful, trying to keep me updated. Jim S. stepped up to the plate and was helpful once it was time to schedule my delivery. Unfortunately the warehouse was set on fire so my delivery was pushed back a few days but no fault if there own. Paul and the delivery team were great and took care of everything needed to get my tub in place. Thank You !"

Jimmy, our sales contact, was upfront and honest and spent time educating, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend the team we worked with."
"Bought a hot tub almost years ago from this location. I forgot to leave a comment when I had my issue. They came to my house several times to repair our light but could not get it fixed. After a year of trying they said warranty was up even though they never fixed it. They claimed they had no documentation of ever coming to my house. I told them the name of individual who came out to repair and still they would not honor. They don't honor their warranty and lack organization and communication. Ended up selling to a person who repairs hot tubs. Once they have your money they do not care."
