"Absolutly do not purchase form this company. I ordered December 1 and was told it could take up to 6 months to recieve it since it was a custom design. The contract states 8 weeks but I am reasonable and would patiently wait a few extra weeks since our sales rep said 6 months at the most. After 7 months I had not been contacted so I reached out. I called 3 times and every time I was told they would look into it and get back to me. No one ever called me back each time. On the 4th call I said I would stay on hold until someone could give me an answer on when I should expect delivery. That is the only reason I got an answer. However the answer was that it would be expected to arrive in October or November. Mind you I ordered Dec. 1. So they were saying it would basically have taken them months to have the hot tub to us. I asked to cancel the order since that is unreasonable and I was told I would have to pay the cancelation fee wich would be an additional $2,. on top of what they were holding as my deposit. They stated that I signed a contract that says they have months to produce the product. NOWHERE on my copy of the contract I signed is that stated. The line item that outlines expectations of production time is 8 weeks. I have had a lawyer review the documents and Sweetwater is at fault and I hold no liability to the company. My order should be canceled and money returned but they refuse. A fraudulent claim has been made against them for failure to produce goods purchased."
