I was looking for a Swarovski crystal figurine that was in short supply in the south bay. I learned that the store in Valley Fair had what I was looking for and they said they would set it aside for pickup on the next day. I arrived the next day and it was still being held for me. I was in and out in no time. The staff was very helpful in locating the figurine and holding onto it for me.

I found a wonderful ring but they didn't have my size 7. I couldn't even order it from the store. I would have to do it myself.
