Frank has no idea what he is talking about. I was friendly from the start but I really don’t appreciate jerks. So here you are. I asked for help with products and the only answer he knew about was idk. He couldn’t tell me the terpene profile, gave me bad advice about how to get the COA, couldn’t say if the product was any good, if the debit card reader was working.. instead he sent me to the ATM after I witnessed the customer before me pay with his debit. I asked to see who was the manager and they responded that she’s right next to me. I asked Dani (manager) if she was hearing our conversation (only me in the store) she says “no” and continues her unhelpful day. Both of you guys are rock stars. Don’t ever change.

Been coming here for over a year the staff is very helpful and friendly Great attention to detail and love the variety of products to choose from. Definitely recommend.

When I returned the car, I left my prescription sun-glasses in the car (black toyota 4 Runner) and when I returned the next day the staff told me they didn't find them. I have strong reason to believe they were stolen by staff who were moving cars to the cleaning center. They were not helpful nor honest when renting a car. I have on the original receipt a additional fee for navigation GPS, but when I got the car, The GPS was never installed. Yet I was still charged the $26 fee for those two days I rented the car. When I checked at the counter and made the lady aware of the discrepancy, she said no navigation fee was added; But clearly on my end, I was charged an extra $26... and I have the PDF copy to prove it. They were ralph Lauren sun glasses, so I would no the surprised of the motive for keeping them. Also, I did my best to check lost and found and funny to find only cheap sunglasses but mine were never to be found.
