First time in may very be my last time. While the selection was great, the prices were not. Customer service was HORRIBLE- wasn’t greeted the cashier was too busy holding a completely off topic conversation with a patron that had already been served. The other store associate totally ignored me EVEN while walking in front of me to grab items. I’d hate to say race played a part but I was the only person of color there besides the cashier that was unprofessionally preoccupied. The only reason I gave the store any business was because they are the only place that offered what I needed in store as opposed to online. Do better Sur La Table!

Don’t buy any items here. If they fail the store won’t take the item back. This $50.00 item was used 15 times. When a call was made to the store they won’t take it back since it was purchased in December. I’m an former Seattle person and it’s not the quality store it used to be. Sad times.

did not have many oil bottles but got other things ig. pretty cool and fun tho. staff was very friendly. shout out to whisk guy. still thinking about you

Called me 5 hours prior to class and canceled my reservation that I've had for months. Now I'm stuck with a hotel room that I can't cancel without a 24 hour notice. They blamed it on a staffing issues, something that shouldn't have changed last minute.
