"We stayed here after a concert. Room was pretty decent, check in and out wad easy. Good price, fairly close the downtown Charlotte."

"THIS HOTEL IS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS! I was given room # . When I reported to the office that I just saw bedbugs crawling on my company and that I would like a refund, the guy that answered the phone did not speak fluent english. He told me he could not give me a refund that I would have to speak to the manager and he would be in the following morning between . I had to sleep in the room chairs which were uncomfortable as hell may I add. I contacted the office the following morning at about 9: a.m. and was told by the same lady who checked me in that the guy I spoke to the following night did not speak English, the manager would not be in until weekday and basically put me out WITHOUT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK!!! It was freezing outside and I actually paid $ for 3 nights so I wasn't supposed to checkout until the next day! But I of course was ready to go due to the bedbugs. I asked her for time to find somewhere to go since it was extreme last minute. She called the police on me and the police even agreed that was extremely unprofessional. We reported this matter to Wyndham and was not accommodated but was told it would take 7 days "for them to investigate." I am a WYNDHAM PLATINUM MEMBER so this was just unprofessional, trifling and disregard for environmental health. This place is very aware that they have bedbugs but are continuing to rent these rooms out to people. They act as if bedbugs are minor and THEY ARE NOT! Bedbugs can be a persons worse nightmare! Literally! I reported this hotel to the department of health. These people are awful if you value your dollar DONT WASTE IT HERE!"

"TV doesn't work, mold on the ceiling in the shower, refrigerator was dirty... but I did enjoy the bed, pretty firm like I like."

"I literally thought I was going to die here. I stayed all of an hour or 2 but couldn't get any sleep because it sounded like someone was getting beat up in the room below us. The room itself is terrible. No power outlets bedside. Walls, blankets and towels are old and dirty. Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. We left and went to a different property. I pray I get my money back for the room."
