Bought a paid of sunglass for 200$. Only to find out it doesn't come with a box, just a case. I immediately returned to the store and ask why didn't my EXPENSIVE 200$ purchase come with a box ? He said because they get ruined and that's why they don't give them out. I returned it and went to Oakley . Another thing, the glasses I bought were not new, they came right off the display, until i had to tell the young gentleman if I could have a new unused pair.

First just my husband was going to get a pair of Versace's, but their selection was so good I got a pair of Versace 's too! SCORE!!

I was helped by Tyler at the Cherry Creek mall Macy’s sunglass hut and all I can say is just wow. He went above and beyond the call of duty to find a pair of sunglasses I really wanted. Got them shipped in and then kept me updated when it took longer than expected. He’s down to earth, conversational and just a naturally very thoughtful person, most of these things you cannot teach. This man deserves a raise; I have not received such good customer service throughout the pandemic much less in the last several years. It was such a breath of fresh air when you truly get treated as if your patronage is valued. I will be going out of my way to the shop here simply because of Tyler
