Employee was no help ..did not want to price match the same pair of sunglasses on the Rayban site..had to order from Rayban and have it delivered to the store just so I could save $80

The Customer Service Personnel is the Top Shelf. I would like to make a request to all future patrons and use logic while shopping there. This is an establishment that holds true to saying, "You get what you pay for". With that being said, not only are purchasing top quality Eyewear you are getting top quality customer care. So,please treat them as such. Thank You

The manager refused to do a refund because I had done a prior exchange and had used a credit. She tried to say that there was scratch on the lens which was completely ridiculous because I never even took them out of the box to wear them. The receipt clearly states you can return them within 14 days and nowhere does it say that you cannot do so if they were an exchange. Do not recommend this store.
