"Customer service was not nice and rock climbing was aimed towards for adults and less towards kids ( years). Kiddo was not happy or impressed and had very little fun. Kiddo's exact words."
"The walls are fine, but a couple employees arbitrarily decided to section off parts of the wall for a small group of children and would not allow other patrons to climb those sections. There's no reason the children can't also share the wall - we all paid to be here."
