My friends and I came up to Fort Worth for the weekend and went to this gym on a Saturday. When we arrived We had to wait 30 minutes for the orientation, and then we were told that we could not get lead certified that day until 4 hours after our arrival time because their person who certified wasn’t there until that time. To us that was a huge letdown since a very large portion of the climbing and clearly the highlight of the gym is the lead wall, which was now unavailable to us. Understandable if it’s during the week, but this was a Saturday. We also tried calling the day prior to receive information about getting certified but no one answered any of the times we called. The automated message was also wrong in saying that we had to reserve times to go in, causing us to waste a generous amount of time trying to find that on the website. We emailed them as well but also received no response. The gym itself and the routes were great, too bad we couldn’t take advantage of all of it.

Overall a nice climbing gym. I've bouldered there maybe 10 times over a couple of years and the setting is generally good and varied at all levels. Maybe a little heavy on big moves at the highest grades, but it's fine for gyms to have a "house style", and that seems to be theirs. -1 star because the setters often skimp on the downclimb holds. Almost every session I'd finish some hard problem that's hard to downclimb and have to choose between 1) waiting for the person next to me to finish climbing, awkwardly traversing over, and downclimbing a V1 or 2) get down to the last downclimb hold and just drop the last 8 feet and roll. Add more downclimb holds, enough to actually downclimb to the ground! Spines across the DFW metroplex will thank you!

Great facility for all levels of climbing. Professional and friendly staff. Clean space. PLENTY of routes so even when it’s very busy there is enough room for all climbers. Inclusive and inviting atmosphere.

Great variety of routes from beginner to advanced. They have a huge space for every climber. Whether you like to climb top rope, boulder, or lead climbing. They also include a kida area and some weight racks. It is a welcoming environment with lots climbers from every skill level. They have a good culture and the older climbers were really helpful and kind.
