I have worked remotely for 19 years - taking care of my own needs for cyber security, backup and inevitable Windows problems. SugarShot was basically forced on me by management about 2 years ago and I very grudgingly gave up to their management. I am amazed by how much my digital life has improved. They respond quickly, understand my unique needs and work diligently to handle very complex problems. This has been a wonderful experience of being proven wrong in my beliefs about the value of remote PC support. I now completely rely on their gentle, competent safety net.

Someone came in last week to do some upgrades on my computer, he was very professional and accommodating, and we discussed some things Sugarshot could do in the future to help our efficiency (e.g., universal password program, optimize antivirus software, etc.). I look to further improvements with our systems!
