"Ladies don't come here with a "backpack" type purse. Top flight security at the door will tell you "you can't have backpacks in the store" meanwhile ladies with full on beach sized tote bags are totally allowed. I saw women with bags twice the size of my own. I'm only giving 2 stars because of the girl doing TSA pre check sign ins seemed nice enough. But I'm beyond annoyed."

"unfortunately due to work and traffic I missed my appointment. I was granted a walk-in but only once they had a chance. as I wait for the next hour, another customer missed their appointment (female). They also treated her as a walk-in only difference is.. she was helped minutes after her arrival. 2.5 hours in... im still waiting. the gentleman taking in people and doing the sign-in was an elderly man. i cant stop but to feel some sort of way with the situation. not exactly the way i want to be treated. atleast first come firat serve on walk-in situation. or am I wrong? I was mins late just in case someone wondered. This is the TSA section Im wrotting about."

"Irritating, lazy staff. I did not ask for help but the door staff asked me. So I told him what I was looking for. He called someone and they said they did not have it. I said saw it online and he said they do not have what it shows online. I go look for it and Sure Enough I find it myself. Why even ask me??? So, unhelpful.. Not sure why I am irritated but I am. Lazy!"

"They seem to have better quality moving boxes than Walmart. Only $2 if buy more than 5 (sz xx). Parking is limited. Nice staff."

"Recently visited the store looking for a simple piece of white paper. They had some behind the desk that was explicity visible. I dealt with Wyatt, Tech Services Supervisor, and he was extremely rude to me. He bluntly told me they couldn't sell it, with a very gray area reason why and then didn't want to answer any other questions. As I continued to ask for help and he tried to send me to another store (which he knew was closed due to Covid) and then pretended to look surprised when I looked it up on Google and let him know the store was closed indefinitely. Eventually, my girlfriend and I found out way to checkout and wanted to buy a pack of Sharpies, but there was another customer in the only available line. It was an extended transaction with the cashier and they explained it was going to take a long time. Wyatt came over and said he could help us on another register, but not before making us wait minutes while he solved the problem on the first cash register (that his co-worker was already in the midst of solving). This was pretty underwhelming experience at Staples, which I usually have a great time at, wouldn't recommend this branch for any other customers thinking about coming."
