"Went for printer inks & they were out of stock. Staples employee assured me I could order online & have them delivered to store from Phila. Staples warehouse within 2 or 3 days. Inks arrived 3 weeks later! In meantime I ordered inks from California (at much lower price) & got them in 5 days. I had to go back to Staples to get a refund, as they don't allow online returns for "ship to store" orders. And companies wonder why no one goes to their stores anymore."
