"Associate in the print area omitted information/told me misinformation and was extremely rude once confronted. The associate must've realized half way through servicing me that they were wrong because their tone quickly changed and gave me an extra copy as if it were a "favor". I am going to add an extra start since the associate's attitude shifted however to tell a customer "you didn't listen to me correctly" is absolutely wrong and rude. I know the lines can get overwhelming and staffing may be limited but speaking to a customer in that manner when you were the one in the wrong is an issue. Also reporting them corporate."
"Incredibly unreliable printing service. The only reason I'm giving two stars is that the service exists at all. USB doesn't work. Google drive doesn't work. Virtually everything takes long to process. To top it all off, the pricing is somewhat high. I'm only going to use it as a last resort next time."
