The consultant gave me another ink by mistake, unfortunately I dropped the box and it was not returned or replaced. I lost 50 dollars.

Has to edit original review! Be very careful when sending Usps packages through this location. A few of my packages were lost. When you drop off a usps package here and your package is lost , if usps doesn’t scan it in, you cannot submit a claim because usps doesn’t have it marked as receipt. Had a few packages missing and lost a lot of money because I couldn’t put in a claim. Staples cannot provide proof that package was handed off. If you are questions, please ask. I don’t want to get too detailed

Ive been there in the past and it was always fully stocked. This visit it was very disorganized and not well stocked. I went again to teach my son this place is a memorial to a lot of brave fire fighters who lost their lives in 1978. I feel it’s important to teach our children what happened in the past.

The personnel is not responsive .. I had to wait 10 mins until someone approached even after I let them know ... Then I asked for advise and purchased a product .. when I cam home I opened package and it was wrong one ... No more shopping at this location
