"Great team to work with :). If you want to earn more money on your property - they are the best all-in-one property management service."
"If you want your house managed as a "passive investment" for short-term rentals, where the management company is also passive and does the bare minimum to maintain your property, then this is the right company for you. If you want many lost, stolen, or broken items in your home without any notification that it happens or holding guests accountable for these issues, then Square House can neglect your household items too. If you want to be welcomed back to your own home with no sheets, towels, or even the comforter on the master bed (where did it all go?) because they don't bother checking that they're still in the house (answer: should be because we didn't touch them), then they can give that level of neglect too. If you want multiple 1 star reviews for your home by disgruntled guests complaining about cleanliness issues, lack of basic support, and rude customer service, then Square House can make that happen for your home. If you want a bathroom left completely trashed and a cleaning crew sent after midnight to try to enter your home while you're sleeping without proper prior coordination, then Heath can provide you that personal lack of care (or is it harassment?) and lack of attention to details directly to you as a homeowner. If only some of the guests received that kind of response when they needed it instead of the neglect the guests documented in their public reviews. If only I had picked a better company, then I wouldn't have to write this experience here as a warning to others. Keep a close eye on your property and its contents between guests, and maybe this company can work for you. They aren't anywhere near "full service" as they claim to entirely entrust your home to them. Most issues are addressed by trying to ignore them or saying it's not their problem to resolve if you're the homeowner or the guest."
"Beware - Heath is dishonest and unprofessional. He refuses to honor a refund he promised. It wasn’t like we were unhappy with the location or how comfortable the bed was. You couldn’t provide basic utilities. No lights, no hot water, no lock on the door and several other issues you and your team are aware of. I understand you are not apart of the Airbnb conversations that we have with Customer Service, but they tell us not to cancel and that the host needs to cancel. If we cancel it says we will lose ALL of the money we paid. We would really appreciate a full refund. Also I understand you have several properties, but looking back at your reviews these are issues that are consistently happening. I suggest you having these issues repaired to avoid these refund requests in the future."

"DO NOT rent anything managed by Heath. We are well traveled and don’t generally complain. His company “Square House Property”, has horrible ratings and will strong arm you if you complain. Heath has no humility and will not solve your issues. I am shocked he is still a part of Airbnb. He manages over properties in the Dallas area and if you don't like one of them, you are not going to rent from any of them. In some way I find it hard to believe this isn't illegal. We complained about issues, set an appointment for someone to come. Left us hanging. Made another appointment and we sat there all day waiting. When the person finally came, fixed NOTHING, and left. What a joke. "You are welcome to check out by am tomorrow morning", was his final response after we complained about it being degrees in the house. On the flip side, why would you ever want someone like this to manage your home. With the way he treats people you are asking for trouble with renters. Not to mention common decency. Now back to the house. -Pictures are not accurate in the slightest. -Check in. Entry code took 4 times to get in. It’s beat up. -Police knocked on our door at 4am responding to missing person report from earlier in the week. Heath's response, "don’t worry about it". WOW! Should have left then. -House looks like a frat house. Every wall is cracked, tiles cracked, cob webs in every vent, ect. No real pots or pans, cleaning supplies (broom, mop, ect). - Heat stopped working. - There are no knobs on the dressers. - Couch is disgusting and the most uncomfortable thing I have ever used. - Light bulbs out. - Overall cleanliness of the place was comparable to a frat house. I could go on and on but the most important thing was Heath's reaction after we asked him to fix the heat and basic items. "You can check out at am". DON’T DO IT! Oh I’m sorry let me add this happened the week before the Storm. So this dude is just full of lies and excuses. February "
