"Very good people to work with to get an account setup. Straight forward and upfront about the billing. Customizations are excellent. The agents answering the calls are very professional, however they do not act like robots and that's a big plus for me. Working with Luke is awesome. Quick reply's simple answers and setting up talking with the right people in the company. I would recommend SAS. There is nothing they can't do."

"This company called me from 4 different numbers with minutes. When I asked to speak to a manager and asked for company name and address they refused to give it to me. I asked to be taken of the call list and was hung up on. I finally was able to open a chat and put the request in to be added to the do not call list. Let's just hope that they actually comply with the request. If your operators are not willing to share simple information, why would the person you are calling be comfortable sharing any information with you?"
