"My experience with the people at Spa Crafters was great. I can easily endorse them if you are looking around. The staff is dialed in. I was eagerly greeted by Frank with my initial visit. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and moreover; tactful. Frank informed me... he didn't sell me. He readily offered his opinion, and was extremely accommodating in offering an on site visit at my home. (I live close by and don't want to set that expectation if you live in the boonies) I met the GM Shawn, who was equally impressive in his approach. He was genuinely excited to discuss options. I felt like I got a good value, as a result. The install team was lead by Edward, who was hands on and helpful in showing me the ins and outs of the tub. He had the the guys (clearly pros, and friendly too) working hard, and they knocked out the set up in short order. 5 Stars all day long. Well done guys!"

"When it comes to shopping we like to think of ourselves as avid investigators. When it came to hot tubs we knew nothing. So we scoured the internet and gathered as much information as we could. We visited one of those Spa shows that advertise in New Braunfels and Rolling Oaks Mall. The advertisement states that they carry five major brands. After researching and attending we realized it's just one brand so it seemed a little sketchy from the get-go. After departing that so-called Spa show we went to Spa Crafters. We were greeted by Frank who answered probably more questions than he's ever had to answer before with the utmost professionalism. He explained the inner workings of how hot tubs work and the differences between good, better and best. I didn't get the pressure feeling and I didn't get the whole buy the most expensive one feeling. We were then greeted by Shawn who ended up making us a fantastic deal after he answered about more questions we had. We had a couple of small snags on how we were going to place the spa and what we were going to do for the pad and Shawn had several options for us that were very cost-effective and ended up making our project very smooth. I would recommend this company over all the others that we visited especially the fly-by-night companies that sell out of parking lots. As new owners buying a new hot tub we didn't think about service in the future at that time. Shawn and Frank took the time to show us their service department and we were amazed at the size and the quantity of parts they actually had on hand. So if you're looking for a phenomenal product at a great price this is your one-stop shop. Since our purchase we had two snafus and had the service Guy come out same day and it ended up being an operator error but they were very kind and very helpful. Once again I can't say enough about these guys thanks again Shawn and Frank!"

"This place gives you a really good family Vibe. It's family owned and operated and we liked that. Our kids are a little rambunctious but they were very interactive with all of us. they served us drinks and treated us like family there was even a little playroom for the kiddos. Our salesman's name was Bruce he was very informative about the products. We also met with Shawn who asked us just as many questions as we asked him which gave me the feeling that he actually cared about what we wanted and what we needed that he wasn't just trying to sell us something. Both of these gentlemen are veterans like ourselves and you could definitely feel the camaraderie. At the end of all the back and forth Shawn made us a very good deal and we bought on the spot because we felt very comfortable with them and after seeing how they're products were matched up with other brands it made sense. Would definitely recommend this place I would give them more than five stars if possible."
