FAQ:
"Nothing short of excellent every single time. My mom and I go here when she visits from out of town and we love it. We usually get a massage and facial. The massage therapists are professional and excellent. They tailor each massage to exactly what you need. I’m embarrassed to say I have fallen asleep during my facial on more than one occasion because I was so relaxed but thankfully my aesthetician takes that as a compliment. 😂🤣 5 stars all the way."
"Updated review: after a long hiatus due to COVID- I have returned for massages and I have upgraded my initial review from a 4 to a 5! Cherie, is a great Spa manager, always forever with a smile and works extremely hard to coordinate a time which works for you and your favorite therapist. I really appreciate the phone call reminders two days prior to the scheduled massage time. I have a new favorite massage therapist, Heather who work out the most stubborn of muscle spasms/knots; a grip of steel and a soft touch. Always an advertised special available. Hard to find, limited parking but well worth the effort. Good price and nice atmosphere. I have now had three minute fascia massages and they rate as among the best I have had in plus deep tissue massages in my life. Ask for Li, she is a very talented massage therapist."
"This was the worst spa experience I’ve ever had! I took the day off from work so my sister and I could do a spa day and lunch to celebrate my birthday. I purchased 3 services, but they could only fit us in for 2, a min. body wrap and min. facial. Our appointments were for 9am. I live on the other side of town so it took me about an hour to get there. According to the map, I drove right by it, but the only thing I’d driven by was an apartment complex. I figured the map was off a little so I kept driving. After going out about 5 more minutes with no luck, I finally pulled over to call. It was just a little after my 9am appointment time at this point. They explained that they are located in the clubhouse of that apartment complex. I turned around and headed back. The name of the apartments had neither Cibolo or Canyon in it. There was also no sign indicating the spa was there. As I pulled in, there was also no sign on the building to let customers know they were there. When I walked in it was almost 9:. I was informed that they’d cancelled my body wrap and would only have to do my facial. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I’d taken the day off, gone through quite a bit of trouble to get there, and it was for my birthday. My anxiety kicked in and I had a little panic attack while trying to get comfortable for my short facial. I explained my situation and that I was really struggling with anxiety at that moment, and that I was really hoping for a good experience. By this time tears were running down my face. The technicians response to my comment, that the only reason I was late was because I couldn’t find it, was, “well, your sister has been here before.” I had to explain that we came in different cars, as my sister lives out of town, so I had no clue it was hidden. While I was laying there, shaking, trying not to hyperventilate, and feeling incredibly uncomfortable, the technician blasted my face with hot steam. It was awful. She then left half way through and came back to tell me that they could do both my services at 3 if I wanted to stop my facial in progress. Only problem was that I live nearly an hour away, my sister had an appoint later in the afternoon, and what was I supposed to do on that side of town for 6 hours while I wait. I told her to just finish. As she was finishing up, she said, “well, I did try to help you.” I said “thank you”, and went to the front desk. That experience wasn’t any better. The lady behind the counter was incredibly condescending, and acted annoyed and put out that she had to help us rebook our other services. She spoke to me like I was stupid for not being able to guess that they were located in an unmarked building in an apartment complex. Through this whole situation my sister and I were not rude, nor did we raise our voices. The most confrontational thing I said the whole time was that I just didn’t understand how they expected people to be able to find them. I personally feel that if you are in a position where you are treating or trying to improve the physical or mental well-being of someone, customer service should be of utmost importance. You should make sure your customers leave in better condition than they came in. This place ruined my day, triggered a panic attack, and left me feeling upset and defeated. I was so incredibly disappointed. 😢"
"Amazing massage! Michelle knee exactly where my problem was around my lumbar. Staff takes very good care of clients. Grabbed some hot chocolate from the bar in the waiting area. The body wrap is not really my thing but it came with the package, I don’t think that works unless you consecutively do it. I loved my facial as well, however I felt a little rushed towards the end. I did the pumpkin facial that came with the package it it sort of burned. I would give it a 5 stars but like I said, I felt rushed towards the facial. The estetician did a good job though! I will be coming back when specials are up again!"
"The spa and and the massage therapists were great! However, I did not like that when I arrived with my mother, they put is in the same room without asking our preference! While I love my mother, I've not undressed in front of her in years! I really could not enjoy my massage because I was uncomfort! I was very disappointed."
