"Tried to help make an appointment for my husband. Took 3 business days to get a return voicemail only to be told they needed to talk to him since he is an adult. Little bit insulting and I had left his number so they could have called him. Also told it would be a week before their coordinator was available to take a call to make ab appointment. That's ridiculous and not acceptable in the world of mental health services. Looking elsewhere."

"Literally if I can give no stars I would this place is so rude and unprofessional the lady genie was so rude and unsympathetic and actually screamed at me over the phone as I was trying to resolve a billing issue, when someone else in the office told me one thing she was so rude and basically making me and the other person feel stupid, I will never go here and this is why we don’t use this hospital for our clinics so insanitary."
