Very satisfied with their service. My hearing aids had to be sent to the manufacturer, so SoundWorks in Arlington gave me a pair of loaners while mine were being repaired. Glen was great to work with and took the time to make sure the settings were ideal for me. A close friend of mine, who spent his entire career in the hearing aid business as an owner and manager, was very familiar with Glen and his reputation, and had nothing but great things to say about him. Very glad I found them.

Dr. York and Mandy have been fantastic to my grandfather and I. He’s been very patient with him as I have to translate everything and really wants to make sure the hearing aids are to his liking. Even the first set, he can hear and understand speech so much easier than before. He is more functional. We are still in the middle of finalizing but we love the service and care he provides his patients.

Best place in Arlington to get your ears taken care of! Mandy is always so personable and knowledgeable. Glenn, the audiologist, checks every detail and I always leave hearing better than when I arrived. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Sounds Works people are very knowledgeable and helpful to their customers. Curteous, friendly and professional. They explained everything that I needed to know about my hearing aids. I would recommend them to anybody having any hearing problems.
