Booked a stay here after working late and didn't want to make a long drive home with an early start time this morning so I booked and got some more sleep. The beds are so comfortable. Took a little nap after I arrived and then had dinner. I didn't think I would be able to go back to sleep but the beds were so comfortable I almost went right back to sleep and woke up feeling fine. The only thing I missed was not having coffee in the room when I woke up not did I see it in the lobby leaving.

The hotel interior was updated and clean. Did not look like a remodel like alot of hotels these days. I'd given 4stars but there was no microwave in the room and the tub did not drain. I'll stay again and hopefully get a better experience.

Great place to say! I've stayed here twice and looking forward to the third. Thomas he checked us in and made our stay even better! On top of they have the tallest hotel in Charlotte view was amazing from rhe 19th floor.

Good place for a work trip with someone by yourself. Rooms are kind of small. I was on the 14th floor and inside the room was really quiet but your right by a busy interstate and you definitely hear a lot of road noise. Wish there was complimentary breakfast but it is a breakfast buffet that is $14 a person a little bit much. My work paid for this trip and I didn't have the card that they used so the check in process took forever and the front desk lady acted like she was done with me after we finally got it to work after what seemed like a hour. All in all a good experience would stay again.
