"This is a four part review. Part one is Programming and processes this area gets 5 stars. The model used at the Snyder House is well thought out and the current program director gets 6 our of 5 stars for the level of effective communication that takes place in a transitional facility with so many moving parts. Part two is Nursing and treatment Staff these are amazing caring people and this area also receives 5 stars. You know you have great staff when they only get into trouble for doing more than their job requires. These group of professionals go above and beyond. Best of all they do not wear their personal problems feelings or emotions on their sleeves. Except for one person but the others operate at 6 out of 5 stars therefore the good outweighs the bad. Part three is Resident and Alumni. First thing you should understand is the purpose for which you are at the Snyder House to begin with. Next understand, the rules are for your protection and to keep harmony in this transitional facility. Remember to become a part of the alumni group and visit after you successfully complete the program. Others can use your advice and support. The fourth and finally part is support services, which includes kitchen and cleaning staff, 3.5 stars. So if I was to split the 5 stars between the kitchen staff and the cleaning staff each receiving 2.5 stars here is what you will get. Kitchen staff 1 star. Cleaning staff 2.5 stars. If you are considering the Snyder House. Go, stay focused on your treatment and when your done return and support those attending behind you. Overall the Snyder House get 5 stars."

"Great facility,excellent location, clean nice, great environment, but they need to rotate the doctors, Dr. Wallace claims that he is there to save lives, but it’s B.S he is fake and two faced, he has no Man in him, DO NOT OPEN UP TO HIM OR TRUST HIM AT ALL, the nurses are amazingly caring and helpful they are the back bone of the Snyder house, except 2 of them, just go there keep to yourself don’t trust anybody do tell dr. Wallace anything and you will be fine"
