"The staff was very informative and helpful. Sunny assisted us with a battery replacement for my cell phone. We waited while it was repaired so we were able to observe the staff assisting other customers as well. Everyone was very professional and helpful. A gentleman named sunny!! who works at the store deserves a medal. He continued to try to assist a most difficult and cantankerous lady. He was persistent in trying to help her using reason and kindness, even though she continued to bite and be unreasonable. The woman was straight out of Comedy Central. "I brought in my iPhone X today to fix my screen that had gone completely green from water damage. I got a new internal screen and glass screen, along with a free glass protector, for a great deal. I can tell the colors and resolution are definitely a bit off from my original Apple screen, but it is a small price to pay for such a great job and price from Smart phone Fix … Thank you for helping me so quickly!"
