"Nice skating rink. Staff at the front helpful, but not overly friendly. Bathrooms dirty"
"I decided to check out this skating rink last month while visiting Manhattan and was pretty disappointed. I was already uncomfortable after arriving and finding their website had outdated and inaccurate info on their mask policy and when I got to the rink I saw that they didn't Zamboni the ice before the public session, so everyone had to skate on choppy ice full of holes. They had over half of the already very small rink blocked off for learn to skate classes, so it was packed full, with nowhere to move around, and no masks in sight at the height of the omicron surge. I left quickly after determining the poor experience wasn't worth the risk, and tried emailing the contact info listed on the website to see if a refund was possible. That was a month ago and no one ever responded."
"A pretty cool place to learn ice skating!"
"I went here for a hockey game. Parking in the garage is expensive ($ for about 2 hours) and I'm not sure where else to park. They have a nice large elevator to take you to the rinks and wide stairs if you prefer stairs. When you go In it is a very large open area with tables to sit and eat. The snack bar has muffins, chips, bagels, pizza, garlic knots and some salad choices. Not bad but a few more choices for protein would be nice for our athletes before or after game meal. It is also a little pricey. A regular can of soda was $2. Pizzas start at $. for a cheese pizza but it was good. The East rink where we played was nice because the netting doesn't go all the way around and you can take better pictures of the game. After the game my son said the ice was good so that's a plus. Locker rooms were clean but very small. The pro shop does sharpening and is nice, offering hockey and figure skating equipment. Overall this rink has everything you need to have a great time!"
"My daugther use to go here for skating lesson. She loved it here. The teacher is nice and patient. Yes its crowded specially on weekend. Need extra caution because there is so much of more pro skater. Easy to access with public transportation. They also have a party options. So we can have birthday party."
