I went into the store on a Wednesday evening. An associate immediately came over to see if I needed help. I told him I wanted to repaint my place in a lighter shade of gray than it was already painted. He pulled several good swatches, showed me how to use the Color Snap, and recommended I come back in the morning because there was a sale starting the next day. I returned in the morning and another associate quickly greeted me. I was out of the store quickly with my paint in hand. Overall. Had a very pleasant experience.

Customer service is horrible, no details very poor guidance. Misinformation or conflicting information left she right. Associate I worked with was named Anthony.

Great Store! One a of the workers with the black hair he was so awesome to us he just rocks he was so helpful ,caring and friendly easy to get along with instantly!!! My wife and i thank you for your help on that white paint dude!!!

Extremely Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff Called before I went because I needed special paint They had it and mixed it for me and called me when it was ready Way more helpful than Janovic. Janovic was extremely unhelpful and treat you like they are doing you a favor when you shop there I highly recommend this Sherwin Williams store.
