"I probably should have called the office to confirm the appointment that I made online because they did not have me on the schedule and I had to fill out of the forms that I had filled out in advance online. Because of this, the appointment felt pretty rushed, but the doctor was thorough and made sure to answer any questions I had. She spoke to me on my level and I didn't feel pressured into doing any procedures right then and there. I will be back, but I will call to make appointments in the future. Update: I made a second appointment IN PERSON. I got TWO confirmation text messages. When I got there, I was told that they don't take patients on Mondays so I would have to reschedule AGAIN. I was late for work for absolutely no reason."

"Loved Dr. Aivas and the staff. The office is clean and very cute. I got there right at my scheduled appointment time and was checked in quickly and taken to my exam room. The wait in my exam room was all of minutes. My exam with Dr. Aivas wasn’t rushed at all. She took the time to listen to my concerns, she shared her thoughts and opinions, and then we proceeded with my treatment. Highly recommend."

"We were very happy to follow Dr. O’Hara Aviaz to her new location as she is an amazing Dermotoligist and 3 of my family members have been her patients for more than years. Shanthi MD was really good, I liked the modern space and the Assisant Nurse was very kind and gentle with my daughter. - Great place for teenagers for their skin problems, both my kids have been going to Dr. Aviaz for acne. I highly recommend ShantiMD, especially Dr. O’Hara Aviaz !!!"

"Overall, the regimen they put me on has really helped my skin. However the customer service I received is causing me to give 3 stars. Both doctors I saw were very kind, but every appointment I had I was waiting min before being seen for an appointment that lasted 5 min. And the receptionists tend to answer questions with attitude and don’t lead with very many pleasantries. Seems like they’re annoyed by the patient’s presence."

"Dr. Colaco is wonderful. She is very warm and attentive, she takes time to listen to your needs (and in my case reservations) to come up with an optimal treatment plan that you will be comfortable with. Her office is beautiful and clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I also love that she uses Alto pharmacy delivery service for prescriptions. Makes my life a whole lot easier!"
