Overrated and overpriced. Burgers are fine. Usual soggy buns. The fries are about the worst in the business. The shakes do live up to the hype, though.

I've only been able to enjoy Shake Shack's take out at this location due to COVID, but their chicken sandwich hits the spot. And this is coming from a Southern gal who has been born and raised on fried chicken. Their shakes are also AMAZING. The only thing I pass on every time is the french fries - they're a little too frozen quality for me, and I'm surprised a place like this doesn't have better ones. The pick up option on their website has always worked well, and all of the workers are friendly.

The measure of any franchise restaurant is consistency. I have been here 4-5 times over the past year and it’s fantastic every time.

Very good fast food place, probably one of the best. However, they were missing some key dishes such as the Chicago hotdog. Overall very fast very good.
