"Very disappointed in Jay’s service. Very poor communication. Asked for documents then wouldn’t hear back after months of reaching out only to find out he needed more documents to start the process. Honestly it felt like he was just playing this game of me having to figure out the next step instead of giving me full specific instructions. Well I figured it out on my own eventually and got my student loans back on track. Oh and im also shocked that his office found a way to leave a positive review using my name and gave himself 5 stars. I just erased it and now leaving this “Truthful” review. For anyone thinking of retaining him. Don’t waste your time and money. I wouldn’t never refer or recommend his services to anyone."
