"We hired SG Appliance based on their very positive yelp reviews as they seem to actually reflect this awesome company. We had them look at 3 appliances as we did not know whether we wanted to repair or replace them in our new home. They gave us a very fair quote to fix the fridge, but were more then fair and honest about the washer and dryer being not worth repairing. We appreciate honesty, and these guys were nothing short of that. We will be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone in our community."

"Some of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Our home warranty company sent these people out to repair our dishwasher, and since they're incapable of fixing it - after their very rude technician sent me into a illness flare with his terrible behavior, they are trying to say it's a hot water issue, when no other parts of our house, including my washing machine, have any hot water issues. Speaking to Whirlpool, they said it sounds like a heating coil. Cameron, the tech, is a rude, abusive human and if he gets sent to your house, I would not let him in. Sam, the person who called me, continued to try and gaslight me, despite all the info I sent. Do not trust or hire these people."

"We recently had SG Appliance Repair work on our Sub Zero fridge which was throwing error codes, we were assigned them through our Home Warranty. We were skeptical having a company from warranty work on our Sub, but the office staff (Ned) reassured the tech has worked on Sub Zero for + years. Our tech was Cameron, he came in, quickly assessed the issue, pulled out a small vacuum and brush, cleaned under the fridge. He reset the board did some more diagnostics, and said the unit is good to go. Fast forward 1 month we have the unit working flawlessly, we definitely recommend SG to anyone needing appliance repair!"

"SG appliance was assigned to us by our home warranty First American, they sent out a friendly tech named Adrian to service our dryer that was not starting, Adrian quickly found the issue with the door switch, he said he may have one in his truck and minutes later he comes back with part in hand. Total repair took him minutes and our dryer has been working like new for the past 2 weeks. SG appliance is courteous, followed up with me after my appointment to make sure the dryer is working, and I have no complaints at all with this company! Would definitely use them again and highly recommended!"
