The staff her is great they treat you better then family.. they care about your relationship with your machine and the results of your work. The people are EXPERIENCED SEWERS. They have Bernina Educations. They are Bernina trained. They take that training and teach it to there customers. The service there for a Bernina machine is top notch. The tech Brian is the only Bernina certified tech in San Diego area. My machines have lasted like new for years. They are work horses. Many people just buy a cheap machine at a box store to see if they like sewing. Those machines will not help you like sewing. You get you a good machine you pay the price and you will love sewing. Nothing sews like a Bernina. You will learn what it means to sew with zero machine problems. Just in case somebody thinks I am a Bernina associate I am not... I am however a Bernina educated sewing customer."
