"Amazing cookware. Durable , beautiful, practical and the pan’s handles feel great in your hand. Perfect for basting and sautéing, the copper conducts the heat all around while you keep the fire on a corner of the pan. The paella pan is my favorite! Once you heat the paella pan, it’s all about the timing, even distribution of heat makes it easy to creat a crispy layer of rice on the bottom. Will be coming back to purchase other the big beautiful stock pot!"
