"I took my puppy here and they were okay at first but one time my puppy fell and I called them to ask if I should make an appointment and the person on the phone was rude and dismissed my questions. It was so disappointing and rude. I’d take them to Culver Palms like 2 minutes away instead, they are very nice and sweet!"

"Gosh. This office took good care of my old man pug when he needed MCT surgery. But after several encounters with a very rude person on the phone, I took my business elsewhere. Called today to get his records—they’ll send directly to another vet for free but charge $ to give them to the owner. Sorry I already paid you THOUSANDS of dollars for that care, those records should be a courtesy to me!!"

"Honestly, I do not want to leave a one start review, but I feel like I have to. My cat requires a prescription food that needs authorization from a doctor from this hospital, however due to Covid- and other circumstances I can not take my cat to vet at this moment. My cat acts healthy and all it needs is a "permission" from the doctor to order a quality food. Even though I explained my situation to the clerk over the phone, this hospital was unable to authorize the purchase of the "urinary care" cat food. I acknowledge that the hospital does EVERYTHING by "the book," however, I feel that such approach excludes compassionate treatment of animals. My cat was left without necessary prescription food and I am left with another challenge to overcome to just feed my cat."
