"They are inconsistent, you will get different answers for the same question from different reps. The general store manager is not available. The rep Alyssa takes returns very personally and refused to return my item and marked it as picked up when I never picked it up and rejected the order due to not all items are available- how do you expect a customer that pays for shampoo and conditioner to o my pay for conditioner? You need them both- this was the absolute worse Sephora experience ever like a different company compared to Pasadena Hollywood and highland even- this store is a complete mess and not lgbtq friendly rather lgbtq vengeful"
