Very friendly and helpful. Took a surger in for a tune up. He got it done in less than 20 minutes. They are a great place to shop for a sewer

I give Jim and his crew5 stars for excellent service. he is knowledgeable about my Baby Lock long arm quilter and answered questions I had. They are very customer service oriented and provide excellent customer service. I would recommend Select Sewing Service not only for their service which is excellent but they have a wide range of machines in house. I completely trust them to take care of my long arm.

I went in to have my sewing machine looked at. The man told me that they didn’t repair machines anymore but that he would take a look for “a small fee, and if there is an issue for another fee.” I watched him look to see if it was a timing issue (it wasn’t) before threading the machine and sewing a perfect stitch. The machine was in perfect working order but I had apparently (somehow) thread it incorrectly. I was charged 35$ for the maybe 10 mins it took him to do that. I regret not asking for an actual estimate before letting him continue... The store seemed cool, though I left very disappointed.
