"Few months ago, when I plugged an electric heater there was a smoke and smell came out from this outlet. Few weeks ago, one of the gfci switch making a crazy buzz noise.. We found Billy based on people's reviews. He came last week within schedule time. As soon as he opened those wall plates and took a look at the outlets, he quickly diagnosed our GFCI is dead and the smoke outlet was caused by hot wires didn't twist and got loosen from a wire nut and burned. He explained all the issues in very details and very professional. I asked him so many questions and didn't get annoyed. He make sure all issues are fixed before leaving. The price is reasonable. I felt like I found the right person. I definitely will call back again for future jobs. Yes, he does wear mask during the job."
