"Awesome Customer Service, quick & reliable was able to have it done within the hour of my lunch break, definitely recommend!"
"I can't comment on the quality of their work because my phone never got fixed. January 5th they took my deposit over the phone to order my new screen. A week later they called me to say they were moving warehouses and my repair was going to be delayed about a week unless I wanted a lesser quality screen, then they could do it immediately. I chose to wait and they said they'd call me back. Another couple weeks went by, I heard nothing so I called back and the person on the phone said the part was most likely already there and I could even come by the next day to drop it off if I wanted to. I told him I'd call to confirm before I went. A few days went by, I called again and they basically told me the apple screen they ordered wasn't gonna happen and they could only replace it with the non-apple screen. I said sure. This next part I guess technically isn't their fault because their business hours are their business hours ... but I told him I was off work at 5: everyday and if I could possibly drop it off afterwards, at around 5: and I could pick it up the next day. He told me they close at 5: so that wouldn't work and I get off work at at 3 on Saturdays but they close at 2: and they are closed all day Sunday. Since I had already paid and waited a month for something they said would take a week, it would have been nice of them to at least try to work with me a little more or be a little more flexible but it was out of the question. I ended up just requesting a refund. It was a pretty big waste of a month. I could have taken it somewhere else a long time ago. They said hours to get the money back so, hopefully."
"NOT COOL! I recently had my screen repaired at this shop. At first I was impressed with the speedy service but after receiving my phone with a broken back camera i became upset. I went to get my phone repaired on my lunch break. I waited for my phone until it was finished. After receiving my phone I went to take a picture of my car and the camera was not working. I called whoever was working at the time and they told me to bring it back in. They did not really observe the phone much before telling me that this couldn’t have happened while It was under their supervision. I take pictures quite often for my job and prior to bringing the phone in (literally minutes before)it was working fine. I tried expressing this to the employee, however, he told me there’s nothing they possibly can do about it accept refund me for the screen and put my cracked screen back on. I was upset to hear that because I was hoping they would simply uncover the phone and fix it in a matter of an hour or so, but the person working insisted that the camera could not have possibly been their fault. I am unsure why he didn’t want to help me, instead he offered a discount to fix the camera. But, why would I fix my camera with a company that denies any accountability for the fact that my screen was just working no less than an hour before I took it there. He said he could give me a full refund and put my cracked screen back on it for me which quite honestly I would have done if my back camera wasn’t also broken now. Essentially, I paid over $ to have my screen fixed in my camera broken. All I am asking for is someone to fix my camera and get it back to how it was before I had the screen repaired. When you spend that amount of money on a piece of technology you expected to work. The screen does…but now my camera does not. Lastly, the employee I spoke with used this example: “ If you take your car into the shop for tires and The radio doesn’t work when you pick it up It’s not the mechanics responsibility to fix it or pay for it.” (I work at a car dealership) However, this example doesn’t quite make sense, if you take your car into the shop and the radio worked before the mechanics took it to their stall and put it up on a lift then yes, they have a legal liability to make sure it is returned in the same, or better condition than they received it. On top of that the screen that was installed on my phone is inferior quality. A lot of the colors are not as vibrant as they were with my original iPhone screen when it WAS cracked."
"Victor is awesome he’s fast the prices are affordable definitely coming back for any phone repair needs"
"Replaced the screen in June. He installed what he claimed to be a better quality screen. Unfortunately I dropped the phone. There was no cracks but the replacement screen is of inferior quality compared to original iPhone screen. It has very low tolerance for shock caused by dropping onto soft surface. How he started the conversation was not appropriate. So instead of arguing with him , I walked away to got the screen fixed at cheaper rate in the same mall. I wasn’t expecting him to replace the screen for free but he thought I would be stupid enough to pay full price for the same inferior product. He was wrong."
