"We suffered from hail damage this past spring and our 3 stained glass windows in our master bath were broken. The sales person from Scottish came out and took measurements and spent over an hour with us explaining the process. Gave us a quote for 3 new stained glass triple pane energy efficient windows and stated that they would be fully installed by their professional team. We sent the quote to our insurance company which was approved. We then called the sales person back and she someone out to take the final measurements and this is when everything went south!! They guy comes out and tells my husband that it was going to be $ per window over the original quote to make the initial windows. My husband debated back and forth with the original sales person and finally agreed that Scottish would pay half of this cost and we would pay the other half (which is now out of pocket since we had already turned the quote into insurance). Then the nightmare began. A full 5 weeks after we paid the initial down payment to Scottish and the extra to the window guy he finally delivered the windows and informed my husband that we would have to do the install!!!!!! Then once the stained glass is ready Scottish would come out and replace one pane with the stained glass!!! So much for fully installed windows!!! Now we are stuck either trying to install these ourselves or hiring someone to do so which is going to be an added cost out of pocket. And, the original promise of the windows being ready and installed 9 weeks after you place your order is turning into more like weeks after. We are not happy with the service we received and feel like we have been lied to over and over again by this company. My husband is contacting them today to cancel our order and try to get back at least part of the down payment we paid them so that we can afford to have someone else do this work. Worst experience ever!!!!"

His attention to detail was impressive! And lastly the quality workmanship of the glass itself is superior. It truly is a work of art and has added such character to my home!
