"My family and I attended the taco + beer cooking class this afternoon as a belated Mother’s Day gift. It was delicious food and we enjoyed helping make the meal. However, the class started min late and we finished min early, so it didn’t take the full two hours that we were expecting. The cooking portion of the class took less than one hour and we were not as involved in each step of the process as we would have liked. A lot of the class was observational and each person was focused on one task. Also the description said that we would be making homemade corn tortillas, but they were already prepared or bought prior to our arrival."
