Service was fast but food was horrible soggy, flavorless, tasteless and just plain nasty. I understand it's the mall but your better off going to the quarter vending machines. I've eaten at plenty of choke and puke places but this place was more puke than anything. Not to mention dirty I tried taking pictures but I was stopped. If your at the mall amd want a fast meal do yourself a favor and hit the hot dog place or the pizza place avoid Sarku at all cost its cheap for a reason. WORST FOOS COURT EXPERIENCE EVER!!

The first photo was my expectations the second is what I got! So gross. Waste of money. I’ve never been more disappointed. I even asked for extra teriyaki and this thing was still plain spaghetti noodles!

I ordered the teriyaki chicken with rice and it was the most bland thing I’ve ever had. No flavor once so ever. And I was really hungry at the time so that made it even more disappointing
