"Wish the city would create an app where people use it to call in and upload photos.. And with GPS where police can come right away without asking too many questions when calling dispatcher. This app would take off the load work of dispatchers and helped police identify problems more efficient and quickly. Amazing we live in todays technology but we don't have that kind of app for Police. What a disgrace to the city and mayor of SJ. Simple but very effective for police to serve the community."

"I was involved in a traffic accident this week, and I was quite impressed by the very efficient and professional police response. In less than five minutes, uniformed police were in charge, managing traffic and taking reports. The other driver had minor injuries, and the EMTs were right there to check him out (thankfully, he did not need to go to the hospital). I mentioned to the officer taking reports that I was on my way to deliver food so I was anxious to finish. He took that into account,"
