"The best chicken in all of SF, so forget about other places. Don’t be overwhelmed by the many types of chicken. Place is kept very clean and orderly. I’ve been making various dishes and trying each variety. Nicer dark meat and small breasts meat. Kui fei chickens create creamier more milky broth, meat is pretty nice and soft. Brown chickens will yield more clear and cleaner looking broth. Meat tends to be darker, and a “little” tougher, but still great."
