I went into the location yesterday and was given a phone number to call because they do appointments only. While leaving I was in the elevator with two extremely satisfied customers so I had a positive feeling at first. I called to make an appointment because I am deploying soon. They refused to take appointments unless it’s within two weeks of you leaving. I was told I had to go to any other regular passport service but the expedited turnaround from most places I’ve seen was 5 to 7 weeks which also puts me past my deployment date. Service members don’t have the luxury of doing things last minute because plans are always subject to change. If this service is so spectacular, why is it only reserved to people who are trying to plan things out at the last minute?

Denied appointment due to the fact I have an apartment in México not a hotel reservation. Then I’m subject to extortion entering México and while in mexico because I can’t get a passport promptly. I’ve contacted the DHS OIG with regards to the denial of services.

I never usually write reviews but I feel like I should this one time. I had a very hard time until I found out about Passport Angels. They were very courteous and solved all the issues. My suggestion is to use it. Super helpful!!

Very unhelpful to military. Especially someone deploying out to sea for 9 months. You need to prioritize military since we are out there securing your freedom in some of the most stressful environments. We have also worked nonstop during the pandemic. Covid 19 is NOT an excuse to not have available appointments.

This place is amazing! It is appointment only, but with COVID, that is completely understandable. The staff is friendly, fast and efficient. I got through the initial process within 30 minutes and my passport within 3 hours. Absolutely fantastic when you're in a jiffy. Make sure you have all of your documents in order for a smooth process. Thank you to everyone who helped. You rock!
