I have been shopping at Sam's Club since it was located at Port Covington. Occasionally it is a hot mess but when management hears the compliant they respond. And new people are hired because that is usually my compliant (bad customer service). Lucky for me, I have not had that bad service for over ten years now. And I love that I can find everything I want when I do shop there. Great store and location (even during the pandemic shut down) 🙂.

On 4/13/22 I arrived to pick up my curbside order and Ronald brought my items out to me. He was so pleasant and helpful. I'm sure he may not have remembered me but I remembered him. And to include all my items were ready and placed in my truck without any haggling. Thanks Ronald I'm sure to be back.

Horrible tire center waited 3 hours to replace 2 tiers that I booked an appointment for it 2 weeks in advance!!and they ended up replacing the wrong set Horrible customer service even the manger there couldn’t solve the problem after they were informed that I waited 3 hrs for a max 1 hr job she looked clueless!! Don’t recommend at all !!

I enjoy my local Sam's club. The selections is usually very robust and well stocked. Even during parts of the pandemic when certain basic supplies and food items were not available everywhere, Sam's club usually had them in stock. The prices are very affordable, but it can be a bit overwhelming if you don't go thru fresh items quickly, as they can spoil before having the opportunity to eat them. The gas is very affordable but the line can wrap around the entire rear wall of the shopping center. Checking out can be very efficient, you can link a card to your app and check out with your phone! Very convenient, but no way to use EBT on the app.

Hi guys, so… I’m deaf and I have been so since for 10year and use a app for skip line at checkout 😬😬. Scan and go. Save your time ! Sam club so awesome save my money. Food alot
